- **Location**: Gold Coast
- **Pay Rate**: $35 - $40 per hour.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Execution of landscaping projects, including site preparation, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and maintenance.
- Translate landscape designs into actionable tasks, ensuring all elements are executed accurately and with attention to detail.
- Proficiently operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, tillers, and small machinery.
- Interface with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their vision is being realised throughout the project.
- Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project, adapting plans as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in landscaping, or similar field with a minimum of 2 years.
- Certificate III in Landscaping or Similar
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping materials.
- Ability to interpret and implement landscape designs.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
