**About the role**
In this diverse and dynamic role, you will be responsible for phlebotomy, specimen collection, and specimen management, including their storage and transport under defined conditions. You will also handle preliminary preparation of samples, accurately enter patient and test information into laboratory systems, and manage customer enquiries effectively.
