The Role
We are looking for someone with previous directing experience who is ECT qualified to lead the team on a permanent basis, working 7.6 hours a day, Monday‐Friday.
This is a blended teaching and non‐teaching director role with a generous director's allowance with dedicated time to work with educators and children to guide and support pedagogy and practice with a high functioning team.
You will bring your sound pedagogical knowledge, experience of developing and maintaining relationships with children, families, staff and Commonwealth Bank, rostering, mentoring, daily routines, policy implementation whilst building a harmonious working environment.
You will have support of a dedicated and experienced service administrator as well as the Education and Quality Manager, Education Support Manager, Child Safe and Wellbeing team, Learning and Development facilitator and wider support services available across the organisation.

Of course, you will need:
* At least 2 years of previous directing experience
* A current NSW Working with Children Check
* An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
* Completed Child Protection Training, National Child Safety Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
* NESA Teacher Accreditation
* Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
* Working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
