Are you a talented Occupational Therapist looking to make a significant impact within regional communities and make a different in people's lives?
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the dynamic and supportive Allied Health team based at Griffith. You will work with a range of clients across the medical and surgical units and help to make a real impact in our communities' lives. You'll also be able to connect with a network of Occupational Therapists across the district, to provide collegial support and advice.
As the Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
* Provision of a comprehensive and effective occupational therapy service in collaboration with consumers, their families and carers using a range of clinical and professional interventions
* Involvement in the planning, implementation and evaluation of services and identification, development and leading of clinical practice and quality improvement activities with other staff.
* Providing clinical and team leadership within the daily running of the Griffith Base Hospital
* Provide clinical supervision and support to Level 1/2 Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants & students on clinical placement as required.

$112, $116,038.00 per annum (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable) or $ $58.52 per hour (+ 10% casual loading)

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and a current AHPRA registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
* Advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience across a range of areas, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice.
* Experience in clinical and team leadership, including experience in staff and student supervision.
