Nursing Teacher Role
Teach prospective nurses in a state-of-the-art environment, equipped with simulated labs and specialist equipment to train future healthcare professionals. Foster student growth in collaboration with experienced colleagues, who bring extensive expertise to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging educational programs for nursing students
* Conduct assessments and evaluations of student learning
* Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and best practices in nursing education
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or newer)
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* Postgraduate in Nursing Specialty (desirable)
Desirable Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity
* Ability to identify language, literacy, and numeracy issues
* Effective communication skills adaptable to various audiences
* Stakeholder relationship building skills
* Understanding of digital and blended learning practices
* Experience with digital learning tools for administration, communication, and presentations
* Valid driver's license (if relevant)
