- Working for an established Residential Custom Builder, we have an opportunity for an Office Manager with construction experience to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the head office. This is an excellent chance for those seeking variation in your job and down-to-earth culture.**About the role**:
- Budgeting & reconciliation in Xero, along with banking
- Liaise and build relationships with oversea supplier, local councils & relevant authorities
- Assist with recent sales & Tenders
- Liaising with Site Manager daily: Sending out purchase orders; Confirming selections with clients based on specifications & Following up lead times/ deliveries with suppliers.
- Dealing with bi-monthly sub-contractor payments.
**Skills and experience**:
- Experience in a similar role within the residential construction sector is ideal
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Experience in a coordination role is essential
- Ability to work in a varied and fast-paced office
- You are highly organised & great at multitasking
- Great software knowledge
- A good understanding of accounts & finances is essential./
