Insert Frame is a growing product studio with multiple subscription products, and we're looking for a part-time Finance Manager (1 day per week to start) to help bring clarity and structure to our finances. You'll work directly with the founder to manage cash flow, reporting, and financial systems across the business, helping us make smarter decisions as we scale. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who wants real ownership, exposure to a multi-product startup, and a clear pathway toward a Financial Controller or CFO role.

What you'll be working on
* Management of cash flow & run-rate
* Managing business expenses
* Prepare weekly invoices & payment files
* Finance reports
* Revenue to product analysis
* Financial strategy
* Support the founder's personal finance systems

What you need
* Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role
* Strong understanding of basic financial concepts (cash flow, revenue, expenses, profit)
* Comfort working with numbers and systems, including spreadsheets and accounting tools
* Attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and ask the right questions
* A proactive, ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to fix
* Clear communication skills, especially when explaining financial information to non-finance people
* Ability to work independently one day per week and manage your own priorities
