We are seeking experienced human resource management staff including administrators and recruiters, or motivated proactive newly graduates that are just starting out.
Our expanding unit offers a number of roles, The below roles are open and more are coming soon.
Rostering and Resourcing Coordinator (Grade 3) - Temporary Full time 80 hours per fortnight (1 day off per month)
This position plays a vital role within the Medical Workforce Team. You will join the Junior Medical Staff team and will be responsible for providing a service to a portfolio. Your key functions will include but are not limited to the below;
1. Rostering and leave allocations
2. Unplanned leave cover
3. Participation in the Medical Workforce after hours on-call roster (Monday - Sunday 6am -10pm exclusing business hours)
4. Coordination of skilled migration
5. Facilitation of Payments inclusive of leave, on-call, recall and overtime
6. Support in Project Development and Implementation
7. Assist with annual recruitment as required
Senior Medical Workforce Coordinator- (Grade 3) Permanent Part Time 64 hours per fortnight
This is a key position within the Medical Workforce unit providing support to the Senior Medical Specialist workforce at Barwon Health, as well as key internal and external customers. The role is responsible for ensuring services are appropriately delivered pertaining to the recruitment, appointment, variations & credentialing of Senior Medical Specialists employed at Barwon Health. This position will participate in the Medical Workforce after hours on-call roster (Monday - Sunday 6am -10pm exclusing business hours).

Administrator: Medical Credentialing Project (Grade 2) Temporary Part Time – 3 Days per Week (6 Months)
The Senior Medical Staff team are responsible for facilitating credentialing of 600+ Senior Medical Staff. We manage the system and processes to ensure that our Medical Staff are appropriately trained, qualified and skilled for the care they provide to our community. This role will support the Manager of the Senior Medical Staff team in Medical Workforce with the new credentialing system program roll out ‘cGov credentialing’. The Administrator will be responsible for extracting data from the current credentialing system eCredential and preparing it for migration into cGov. The successful candidate must have intermediate word and excel skills. To succeed in this role you will be able to learn new system and processes quickly and use your initiate and problem solving skills. Depending on the project timelines you may also have exposure to other project implementations skills such as supporting senior leaders and drafting communications and preparing quick resource tools.
2 x Administrators Grade 2 – Temporary Part time 64 hrs per fortnight.
Provide Administrative support across Medical Workforce Unit Junior and Senior Medical Staff Teams.
