**About the role**
The Assistant coordinates all administrative activities in regard to food content creation across the Entertainment Vertical. This is a part-time role, working 4 days per week. The role will assist the vertical food editor and the Editor of _Diabetic Living_, as well as associated staff, in ensuring food content is organised, sourced, and uploaded in a timely manner. This role will provide important coordination with internal and external stakeholders. As the Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative activities and ensuring efficient communication between editorial, photographers, and external contacts.
**Duties**
- Source food content for features across brands from relevant company databases in line with weekly planner from the Food Editor.
- Update indexes in excel across all brands
- Download imagery as needed
- Assist on food shoots
- Keep digital and hard copy files up to date.
- Help coordinate deliveries and returns.
**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- High level organisational skills
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
- Ability to set goals, think and plan ahead and juggle competing demands to achieve deadlines.
- Professional, mature and decisive in approach
- Strong attention to detail
- An interest in food/cooking is desirable.
