About The Role
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will take charge of ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day front desk operations, support and mentor a dedicated team, and act as the key liaison between guests, property owners, and internal departments. With your strong eye for detail and commitment to service excellence, you'll help drive efficient processes, maintain accurate trust accounting practices, and uphold the high standards for which Oscars Group venues are known.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day front office operations
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Supervise front office staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and their team, collaborating with other departments to maintain operational standards, coordinate guest services, and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate trust accounting processes in line with legislative requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring clear and proactive communication
Monitor and maintain the hotel's appearance and cleanliness in public areas
Train and develop front office staff to uphold the highest standards of customer service
About You
Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a supervisory capacity
Familiarity with RMS (Property Management System) is preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
First Aid and Emergency Response Handling (ERH) certification is a plus
