As one of TCorp's People Business Partners, this role will support leaders and employees in all aspects of people-related activities including providing HR generalist advice across all areas of people management, performance management, organisation design, and employee relations. The Business Partner (BP) will work closely with the Senior People Business Partner and the People team to deliver effective people solutions, support business objectives, and ensure a positive workplace culture and employee experience at TCorp.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate HR generalist advice to managers and employees.
* Work with the Senior People BP to deploy people operations processes (performance reviews, goal setting, recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives).
* Contribute to workforce planning and organisational design activities.
* Under guidance from the Senior People BP, support managers in addressing employee relations matters.
* Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives and other people-related programs.
* Assist in the implementation and communication of people policies, procedures, and frameworks.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and TCorp policies.
* Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

About You

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client focus, sound knowledge of relevant legal and industrial relations frameworks, experience using HR Systems and the ability to work consultatively with others.

TCorp would like to hear from HR professionals with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA and Law qualifications highly desirable) and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience working in HR in the finance or professional services sectors (preferred), with demonstrated exposure to HR generalist activities and an ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship.
