**The Position**:
Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Agent/Sales Assistant to work alongside a top performing selling Agent. You will be involved in every facet of the listing and selling process, with a focus on servicing buyers and prospecting for new business. You will learn the A-Z of the sales process from the groun up.
The role of Junior Sales Agent/Sales Associate will see you responsible for:
- Conducting/attending open homes and private inspections
- Liaising with vendors and buyers
- Preparing for and attending appraisals with the Sales Agent
- Attending building/pest inspections and valuation appointments
- Attending auctions and working the auction floor
- Coordinating the marketing for properties for sale
- Conducting call backs and following up buyers

**The Person**:
Our client is seeking someone who wants to get into sales themselves, and will teach you the ropes to make you the best agent you can be
- Experience in Real Estate ideal but not necessary, a great attitude is more important
- A Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Great communication skills and impeccable presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivation, determination and the attitude and hunger for success
- Ability to be goal driven and thrive on KPIs/targets
- Reliable car and current drivers' licence
