The Marketing and Comms Executive will work closely with the hotel marketing team to support local strategies and act as part of the wider Atura brand, aligning activations with partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Hotel Marketing Manager to plan and deliver national and regional campaigns, ensuring brand compliance and budget adherence.
* Coordinate with suppliers, advertisers and internal commercial teams to execute campaigns consistently across all channels.
* Assist in developing and scheduling engaging social media content to drive awareness and customer engagement.
* Contribute to content creation including blogs, EDMs, social posts, photography and video assets.
* Manage and maintain property content across distribution platforms (GDS, OTAs, websites, listings and internal systems) to ensure accuracy and optimisation.
* Collaborate with PR agencies and manage influencer/blogger partnerships to generate positive media exposure.
* Support the delivery of creative assets (copy, design, imagery and layouts) and execution of EDM campaigns.
* Work cross-functionally to optimise web content, support event and M&E promotions, and drive bookings through targeted digital and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Marketing, PR or related field, with demonstrated experience in marketing or communications roles.
* Proven copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content across multiple channels (social, EDM, web).
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems and digital marketing channels.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Experience in the hotel, travel, F&B or retail industry is advantageous, with a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and planning processes.
* Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage end‐to‐end campaigns, prioritize tasks and support multi‐stakeholder initiatives.
