We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to drive strategic financial management and oversee all accounting operations.
About the Role
* The Financial Director will provide expert financial guidance and leadership, owning and driving the financial elements of the organisation.
* Oversee all aspects of financial management including financial planning, analysis, cash flow management and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and a proven track record of delivering results-driven strategies. They will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and identifying and assessing financial risks.
A key aspect of this role is collaborating effectively with various teams to ensure commercial strategies are integrated and effectively executed. The Financial Director must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
