About The Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Analyst. As part of the Regional Team, you will provide valuable support to Account Managers (Rural and Branch Managers) to develop new business, manage existing client accounts, and enable clients to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as an additional formal point of contact for clients, client advisors, and oversee the journey from client request to settlement.
* Initiate branch prudential management tasks and comprehensive Compliance Due Diligence risk analysis in Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing and Know Your Client requirements.
* Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess and take appropriate action from a commercial and prudential perspective.
* Develop and foster strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Interest in food and agribusiness with previous experience in a similar role.
* Client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively through team collaboration and analytical skills.
* Strong financial literacy and knowledge of agribusiness.
