We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our insolvency appointments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Completing bank reconciliations
* Monitoring client payment arrangements
* Supporting billing and accounts processes
* Providing general administrative and reception support
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting with event coordination and marketing tasks
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, Reckon) is desirable but not required
* Professional and friendly phone manner
* Strong organisational skills, accuracy and reliability
* Willingness to learn and contribute to a small, supportive team
