Carinity is seeking to appoint In-House Legal Counsel to spearhead our Governance and Policy framework while collaborating with our Executive team to safeguard legal integrity.
Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, you will be the trusted legal advisor for an engaged and passionate executive team. You will manage legal risks with regards to Privacy, Corporate Contracts, and Employment Law.
Our diverse range of services means you’ll gain exposure to unique challenges and opportunities across multiple sectors. You’ll not only advise internally but also instruct specialist legal advisors, ensuring Carinity thrives in its mission.
Candidates that will find purpose and success from this role will ideally have:
* Demonstrated ability and or true desire to work within a values-driven and Christian ethos framework.
* Bachelor of Law or equivalent legal degree from an accredited Australian university.
* Current unrestricted practicing certificate and admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
* Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience in Australia, with preference for candidates admitted in QLD, NSW, or VIC.
