Join our Digital M&S IT team as Digital Web Developer and you can help make it happen. Your job? You will be responsible for our Brisbane Manufacturing Site based in Virginia, to develop web-based applications using listed languages and Power Platform. This is initially a 9 x month FTC role.

Main responsibilities:
1. This is an IT role for a Digital Web Developer with expertise in Application Integration, Infrastructure and Networking skills.
2. Oversee the M&S (Manufacturing & Supply) solution portfolio, roadmap, and projects globally for the Consumer Healthcare Global Business Unit (GBU).
3. Act as the intermediary between the business and digital; the Digital Web Developer will use a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help multi-functional stakeholders achieve their desired outcomes by:
4. Delivering Functional and/or technical analysis and expertise for Projects, Products or Solution within their area of specialty and solving complex problems as an individual and a team.
5. Create prototypes and co-design innovative solutions.
6. Lead and execute Functional/Technical expertise end-to-end through the lifecycle (plan, design, build, run) of Digital Product belonging to his/her domain of expertise.
7. Act as 2IC and backup for the Digital CHC Site manager in their absence.
8. Address and communicate to teams the necessary information and deliver prompt, efficient and quality service.
9. Work with Digital and Business stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture the core needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements.
10. Engage with and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
11. Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases.
12. Proactively monitor solutions status and act when required; act as business escalation point for operational issues in his domain.
13. Coordinate Roadmap delivery with our partners including incremental improvement.
14. Analyse, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.
15. Document training materials for implemented solutions; deliver training to the end users and support teams.
16. Ensure on time/scope/quality & cost delivery of features.
17. Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues.
18. Manage change management of existing and future solutions.
19. Work with Digital Site Manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.
20. Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
21. Ensure that Role design/change (security & compliance) will be considered during the solution design.
22. Partner with business and Digital to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.
23. Ensure that Digital Products/Solution/Computerized systems meet all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.
24. Ensure compliance with the architecture standards and guidelines and the correct interface between applications under the scope of responsibility.
25. Support Sanofi for audits and inspections involving computerized systems.
26. Contribute actively to Operational excellence: facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis.
About you
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Technology etc.) or another technical field.
Experience:
1. Ideally a minimum 5 x years experience in an Information Technology role, developing web-based applications and integration process points with execution systems (SAP, LIMS, MES).
2. Background in Pharmaceutical, Health or Consumer Goods (Manufacturing) industry within operational excellence, continuous improvement, process transformation or similar an advantage.
3. Solid understanding of GxP business processes.
Technical Skills:
1. Agile practices and Networking Infrastructure engineering (nice to have).
2. Full cycle project implementation in Digital systems.
3. Power BI, Power App and Power Automate experience an advantage.
4. Development Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript and C#.
5. Frameworks: React, Next.js, .NET, Redux.
