Job Description
Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team. Deliver warm, attentive service across our restaurants, bars, and events, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience in the beautiful Hunter Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly, professional service to guests in restaurants, bars, and during events
* Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
* Set up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
* Assist with event setups and service as required
* Work across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as per roster
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
* A team player with a positive, professional attitude
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
