 
        
        **Key Criteria**:
- Checks cake order stand for special orders. 
- Pulls stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area. 
- De-pans, garnishes and packages baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies and fruit tarts. Places finished product on racks and transfers racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area. 
- Checks production schedule for daily needs. Processes all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual. 
- Assists with other bakery duties as needed. 
- Provides prompt and courteous member service. 
- Keeps decorating area clean and clear of debris. Follows safety and security procedures. 
- Follows SSOP guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position. 
- Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification and all safety training required by warehouse and department.
**Non-Essential Functions and Tasks**:
- Assists with front end duties as necessary. 
- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary. 
- Education/Training: High School Certificate or Higher 
- Licenses/Certifications: Food safety preferred.
Experience: Cake decorating or comparable experience
