We're looking for a
hands-on leader
who thrives in a high-volume, premium service environment. As Bar Manager / 2IC, you'll oversee all aspects of beverage operations, inspire and train your team, and ensure every guest leaves wanting more.
What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service is on time and in line with charter requirements.
Maintain high standards of cocktail presentation, beverage quality, and customer service.
Drive sales and upsells, hitting per-head spend targets.
Manage and mentor bar staff, building a motivated and skilled team.
Oversee stock management, monthly stocktakes, and wastage tracking.
Troubleshoot bar tech (Kounta, Tyro, keg systems, gas lines) to keep service running smoothly.
Maintain compliance with RSA, WHS, and YOT Group policies.
Step into full Venue Manager duties when required.
What You'll Bring
3+ years
in a hospitality management role, ideally in a high-volume cocktail bar or event venue.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
Strong inventory, and compliance management skills.
A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
Current QLD RSA and valid driver's licence.
