Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic Brand Manager to drive the development and launch of new products. This is a key role that will oversee media plans and activations, focusing on digital channels, while collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and management teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and project management skills, as well as solid communication and rapport-building abilities. A strong understanding of the NPD process, budget management, and forecasting is also essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive brand growth and profitability
* Manage advertising and promotion spend and activities effectively
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support product pipeline and ensure timely delivery
* Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and visibility
* Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Requirements:
* Marketing or business degree
* At least 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing
* Assistant Brand Manager or similar experience
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
