What You’ll Do:
Manage a pipeline of inbound leads and conduct virtual consultations
Follow our step-by-step scripted process to present life insurance options
Help clients find the best solutions for their financial protection needs
Use digital tools and CRM to track client activity and applications
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team collaboration
What You Need:
A strong desire to grow and succeed in a remote sales role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation and accountability in a flexible, remote environment
Willingness to get licensed (we provide guidance and discounted training)
Sales, customer service, or client management experience is a plus
