**Early Childhood Funding Advisor - Ongoing/Full Time**
An exciting fixed term 1.0 FTE opportunity exists to work as an Early Childhood Funding Advisor with South Western Victoria Region in the Central Highlands and Wimmera South West Areas.
The Early Childhood Improvement Branch ensures a dedicated team supports early childhood services. The role of the Early Childhood Funding Advisor is to provide a range of program support services to funded agencies, Early Childhood Performance and Planning Advisors and the broader regional staff.
The position will
- Work effectively to deliver quality, timely and effective customer service to managers, staff, agencies, cleints and members of the public.
- Coordinate and collect data for program areas and maintain accurate records for services/program areas.Maintain appropriate information systems to administer all regional service agreements with providers
- Process funding and service agreement activities in accordance with the relevant program business rules and using a variety of business systems.
Ideally you will have previous experience of Early Childhood Services or can demonstrate the ability to quickly gain operational knowledge of Early Childhood Services, specifically funding early childhood services and the ability to utilise multiple IT management systems.
