The Client
Gough are working with a highly regarded, growing Perth agency seeking a Junior Property Manager or Property Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with junior experience – or an exceptional Assistant ready to step up – who values culture, support and delivering great customer service. OR if you are an experienced Property Manager wanting a more cruisy role and prefer to control your portfolio.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of approx. 50-80 properties (inner north – close to the office and depending on experience)
* End-to-end portfolio management
* Strong admin support provided
* Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm however happy to provide flexible start and finish times
* 1 day WFH per week
You'll report directly to the Director and work alongside a supportive Head of Department who genuinely backs their team.
What We're Looking For
* Junior/Property Management experience or an outstanding Assistant ready to step up
* Current PM Registration
* Strong customer service mindset
* Organised, proactive and a positive team contributor
* Culture fit is key – attitude matters
