What You'll Do
This role provides practical, field-based and administrative support to the Land Access team and broader Regional Department to enable the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of Santos' operations.
The position supports Field Landholder Advisors (FLAs) and other regional functions by assisting with land access activities, property-related tasks, vegetation management coordination, irrigation and land management matters, and ad hoc tasks requested by regional management.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Provide field and administrative support for land access activities and landholder engagement
* Prepare, manage and maintain accurate land access records and documentation
* Coordinate site access requirements, inductions, and biosecurity controls
* Conduct field inspections, site checks, and follow-up actions as required
* Support regional operations, including irrigation, land management, and data collection tasks
* Assist with implementation of regional projects and improvement initiatives
* Support vegetation management through inspections, monitoring, and compliance checks
* Ensure compliance with landholder conditions, environmental approvals, and biosecurity requirements
* Undertake field work in line with safety standards and report hazards, incidents, and near misses
* Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and landholders to support efficient field operations
What You'll Bring
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual with a proactive and can-do attitude. You will be enthusiastic, well organised, and eager to learn, with strong communication and administrative skills. You will be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite and enjoy supporting teams, managing tasks efficiently, and contributing positively to a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in field-based support roles or working in regional or remote environments will be highly regarded, as would a basic understanding of vegetation management.
