WHAT'S INVOLVED?
As ourMarketing Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, boost conversion, and build a loyal customer base for our Wheel&Barrow and Karma Living brands. By leveraging customer insights, market trends, and data-driven decision-making, you'll develop brand strategies that are customer focused, commercially effective, and are aligned with the Company's vision. You'll be the brand champion, responsible for developing and delivering compelling campaigns and customer experiences that support our sales and engagement goals.
To be successful:
You strive for results– Deliver sales growth targets through promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
You have strong business acumen– Whilemanaging the marketing budget and maximising return, you will develop brand positioning that differentiates the business in a competitive homewares market
You're analytical– Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer satisfaction, and brand engagement metrics, using insights to refine marketing plans and improve ROI.
You're a strong communicator– Ensure brand voice is consistent across all platforms and collaborate with stores and key support team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
You understand your consumers– Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and brand engagement metrics to understand purchasing behaviours, style preferences, and market trends and create effective marketing strategies.
You're a creative thinker– Lead the creation of compelling brand campaigns and promotions that strengthen brand presence.
You'll lead with purpose– Build and guide a high-performing team, providing advice and direction to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
What You'll Bring:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years' experience in retail marketing management
Proven success with promotions, loyalty programs, and campaign execution
Strong digital marketing and social media skills
Budget management and ROI reporting experience
Experience leading and directing a successful team
