We are looking for a brilliant, fun, experienced Sr. Web Developer to help contribute to the current and next generation of our APP. You'll be working on multiple projects to continue making us the #1 Software for SMB business. Here's what you'll get to do:
1. Write code for back end processes, RESTful public web API's, and, of course, our industry leading website.
2. Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems.
3. Propose and implement performance optimizations and scaling strategies.
4. Work with the rest of the team to integrate your projects into the application.
5. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.|
What you'll need to be successful:
6. 5+ years experience in web development
7. PHP, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS
8. Object Oriented development
9. MySQL - both SQL query language and database structure/design
10. Version control software, preferably Mercurial or Git
11. C/C++ experience a plus
Big plus if the candidate has:
12. Good communication with Javascript developers and UI Designers
13. A friendly willingness to compromise and play nice with others
