An exciting opportunity exists within our Sales & Events team for a talented Sales & Events Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Events QLD, the Sales & Events Coordinator will be responsible for client conversion and retention of incoming enquiries and will participate in the event coordination for The Fresh Collective across multiple venues including Waters Edge, Riverlife, Qld Museum, and offsite events.

- Must have own transport as travel required between properties.
- Flexible working hours but must be available to work Saturdays (Flexible around mid week studying event / hotel management)
- Perfect entry level role for someone finishing their degree at the end of the year.
**The Role**
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries for both weddings, private functions, and corporate clients
- Conducting site inspections across multiple properties
- Creating and sending out tailored proposals in a timely manner
- Coordinating and executing corporate and private functions, weddings across multiple properties
