(Level A) $81,293 to $109,307 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.This is a 0.8 FTE Level A continuing position, available from the 1st of July 2025.An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate Lecturer (Level A) in the area of Occupational Therapy to join the School of Allied Health Science and Practice, within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to developing and delivering our innovative Occupational Therapy teaching and research programs with our inclusive, future-focused team.The successful candidate will bring their skill, creativity and experience in developing and delivering education materials for the Occupational Therapy Program and will play a pivotal role in teaching and research/scholarship at The University of Adelaide.Candidates with special interests in the following areas (but not limited to) are strongly encouraged to apply:Musculoskeletal and Neurological RehabilitationSimulated placementsDevelopment across the lifespanTo be successful in a Level A Teaching Focused position, applicants will need:Completion of an Honours degree, higher qualifications or equivalent experience; and a Bachelor or Masters qualifying degree in Occupational Therapy, and be eligible for registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.Experience in the conduct of different teaching modalities including tutorials, lectures, practical classes, demonstrations, or workshops.Teaching interests with demonstrated ability for cross-disciplinary teaching and collaboration.Demonstrated experience as a educator with knowledge of current clinical education issues across Occupational Therapy and related disciplines.Demonstrated high level interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.Demonstrated commitment to the professional development of self and activities that support the Occupational Therapy profession.The path to Adelaide UniversityWe are on an exciting path to Adelaide University as we prepare to open our doors in January 2026.
