Responsibilities Respond to incoming enquiries and manage interactions with clients, their families, suppliers and other stakeholders Schedule and organise meetings, interviews, training and appointments as required Manage information in line with accreditation standards and provide general administrative support to the team What we're looking for Essential: Reliable and organised with positive time management skills Currently holds a minimum Certificate III in Business or equivalent Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Has previous administrative experience within a community service environment or similar Currently holds, or willing to obtain, a current Police Check Hold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor Desirable: Knowledge of the Aged Care/Home Care sector Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust, Wise Stewardship and Safety.
