They deliver a comprehensive global logistics and transportation platform, supporting a diverse customer base across international markets. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Transport Allocator to join their Sydney Head Office based in Chipping Norton. About the Role Working alongside experienced transport operators, you will be coordinating FCL import and export container movements, while supporting day-to-day transport operations across the business. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating FCL import and export container movements Support truck allocation and liaise with drivers Manage container slot bookings across wharf and container parks (training provided) Apply container numbers to bookings Assist with container de-hires via Containerchain Maintain accurate updates in the transport management system Support fleet coordination and optimisation Complete administrative duties, including Driver run sheet checks, Monitoring tolls, waiting times, and fuel usage Provide general operational support as required About You An early-career professional in logistics, supply chain, or a related field Some exposure to transport, warehousing, or logistics environments is advantageous Familiarity with 1-Stop or Containerchain is a bonus (not essential) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a team-oriented mindset Eager to learn and build a long-term career in logistics Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What’s on Offer Full training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals Clear career progression within transport and logistics Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to global freight and supply chain operations Role Details Full-time, Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Onsite role based in Epping
