As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our site team and play a key role in keeping our equipment running safely, reliably and effectively.

About the Role:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance tasks on site, coordinating work, supporting the team, and ensuring equipment remains operational and safe.
Responsibilities:
* Leading, mentoring and supervising maintenance trades onsite
* Ensuring compliance with site procedures, safety standards and statutory requirements
* Coordinating preventative, scheduled and reactive maintenance activities
* Maintaining maintenance logs and ordering parts
* Allocating work orders and maintaining maintenance records in the system
* Supporting shutdowns and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
* Contributing to improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
* Working collaboratively with operations, engineering and contractor teams
What we're looking for:
* Prior experience in the same or similar maintenance leadership role
* Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance
* Schedule 26 appointment (mandatory requirement )
* Pronto experience (highly desirable )
* Confident leader with the ability to get the best out of your team
* Excellent troubleshooting and organisational skills
* All successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre‑employment medical including alcohol and drug screening.
