Boat Detailer Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boat Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boats and be committed to delivering exceptional results.
About the Role
The Boat Detailer will be responsible for performing thorough exterior washdowns across all vessels, waxing exterior surfaces, polishing stainless-steel fittings, and cleaning, treating, and maintaining teak decking surfaces.
You will also be responsible for washing, polishing, and maintaining all external glass, conducting regular engine room cleaning, flushing outboard motors, and ensuring proper care of jet skis and tenders.
In addition, you will maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary systems, including water purification units, air conditioning, satellite navigation, generators, and other electrical/mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
* Perform exterior washdowns on all vessels
* Wax exterior surfaces and polish stainless-steel fittings
* Clean, treat, and maintain teak decking surfaces
* Wash, polish, and maintain external glass
* Conduct regular engine room cleaning
* Flush outboard motors and maintain jet skis and tenders
* Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary systems
