Key Responsibilities:
* Cover for leave and assist homes during accreditation or recruitment processes, ensuring continuity of high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
* Qualified Registered Nurse (Div 1 essential) with experience as a Clinical Manager or Clinical Nurse.
* Excellent aged care clinical skills, knowledge of accreditation standards, and demonstrated leadership skills, including strategic planning and team management.
* Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate staff, patients, and families.
