This is a dynamic role where you will be working directly with our amazing Showpo customers via chat, social media, email and phone in a hybrid work environment from our Chullora warehouse (featuring basketball/volleyball court) and from home.This role is 3 days per week (Monday, Friday and a third day of your choice)Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely mannerHandling customer enquiries primarily by phone, with email, chat and social media enquiriesMaintain high level of customer satisfaction rate across all channelsFollowing up high risk orders with customersMaintain multiple channels for customer communication: email, social media and websiteHandle customer returns and ensure they are processed in timely mannerContinued development and improvement of customer serviceMaintenance of google spreadsheets in conjunction with warehouse personnel to monitor service levelsWho are you?Experience in delivering awesome customer experience resultsExceptional English written and verbal communication skillsYou can talk the lingo and embrace the Showpo team's communication styleAdaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously and unsupervisedTyping speed > 60 words per minuteAbility to work with our offshore teamGoing above and beyond for the customerPERKS!Live for fashion?
