As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel. Leading a diverse team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and achieving strong commercial results. What You'll Be Known For
* Driving strong financial performance and achieving EBITDA targets
* Leading all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage
* Building a high-performing, service-driven culture aligned with Oaks values
* Elevating guest satisfaction and reputation through proactive service leadership
* Managing budgets, labour, and cost controls with commercial discipline
* Partnering closely with Body Corporate, Owners, and key stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance across safety, licensing, and legislative requirements
* Maintaining outstanding standards of presentation, cleanliness, and care
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in senior hotel or hospitality leadership roles
* Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L, budgeting, and revenue results
* A confident, people-first leadership style that inspires performance
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with Body Corporate or strata environments
* Strong operational knowledge across multi-department hotel operations
* Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Business (preferred)
* RSA and relevant certifications (advantageous)
* Flexibility to work across a rotating executive roster
