Step Into Your Next Chapter:

* Lead the development of staff capability to plan for and implement effective reasonable adjustments for students with a disability, ensuring alignment with College and QCAA procedures;
* Provide instructional leadership of and engage in the design, delivery and review of target and intensive teaching supports;
* Support Leaders of Learning and classroom teachers to review curriculum and learning to ensure that ALL students are able to access and engage;
* Lead the design, delivery and review of Individualised Curriculum Plans (ICPs)and Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA) including capacity building of case managers, Leaders of Learning and classroom teachers;
* Lead case management staff for students who require extensive or substantial adjustments;
* Work collaboratively with the College middle leadership, executive leadership teams and regional personnel in the management of Complex Case Management students to review support need, implement support programs and implement and review supports;
* Support the capacity building of Leaders of Learning, classroom teachers, teacher aides and other school staff through access specialist services, professional development and supports as needed;
* Participate in school decision making processes as well as professional development to contribute to school vision, goals and planning;
* Implement, coordinate and review school-wide systems to monitor students with disability and record NCCD, including internal referral systems and processes;
* Form and maintain partnerships with parents, other government agencies and community groups to support students with a disability
* Work collaboratively and proactively with the school middle and executive leadership teams to support the investigation of behaviour incidents for substantial and extensive students with a disability and design, implement and review behaviour and social/emotional support strategies for these students
