About the Role
You will be leading a team of technical specialists to drive digital transformation across critical survey systems and processes in NSW. Your key responsibility will be to manage the development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications supporting survey operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Senior level experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
* Demonstrated experience as a senior surveyor with knowledge of cadastral, geodetic surveying, and current positioning technologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to solve problems and collaborate with others towards a common vision
* A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in computer programming/coding is desirable
