Key Role: Infrastructure Management Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to manage, configure and optimize tools for efficient project delivery and collaboration.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Tool Administration: Manage users, permissions, projects/space creation across Atlassian platforms.
* • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a key point of contact investigating tickets, resolving permission issues and managing integrations.
1. • Process Documentation: Execute administrative tasks using established playbooks and develop new documentation where none exists.
This role requires strong technical skills in tool administration along with excellent communication skills to support the team effectively. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines consistently.
