Therapist – Multi‑Systemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST‑CAN)
We're offering a unique and deeply rewarding opportunity for a passionate Therapist to join our Multi‑Systemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect (MST‑CAN) program in Dubbo, NSW (Wiradjuri Country). This isn't your typical therapy role—it's an intensive, home‑based family preservation program designed to support vulnerable families and keep children aged 0–17 safely at home.

What We're Looking For
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline (we're open to discussion if you bring equivalent experience and passion).
* Strong experience in risk assessment, with a clear understanding of how to manage safety for clients, colleagues, and yourself.
* The ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
* Confidence using clinical software systems and the ability to maintain detailed, accurate case records .
* A flexible approach to working hours, including participation in a rotating after‑hours and weekend on‑call roster, to meet the needs of families and the MST‑CAN model.
* A current Australian Driver Licence and the ability to travel for work purposes (car allowance options available).
