Role Summary
The Workflow Coordinator will provide coordination and support for radiologists and the operations team to optimize efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Workflow Management: oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) of hospital contracts, coordinate daily workflows of radiologists, communicate any interruption, delay or change of service as required.
* Service Excellence and Work Relationships: Provide high-quality service to internal and external customer queries, build positive workplace relationships, answer calls and troubleshoot with hospitals and referrers.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data relating to workflow efficiency, radiologist metrics and performance to key contract KPIs. Provide data internally and externally around IT outages, ensure accurate invoicing through variance, turnaround time (TAT) dispute and case billing analysis.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Radiology Information Systems (RIS)/Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Administrative staff with at least 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic environment are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively liaise with radiologists, management & site-based teams.
