What You'll Be Doing
Your day starts at 6:30am at the local depot, where your team will review the day's schedule. You'll head out in Council vehicles, fully equipped with high-quality tools and gear, maintaining and enhancing public spaces. Duties may include:
* Mowing (ride-ons), edging, and hedging
* Pruning, trimming, whipper snipping, and blowing
* Litter collection and waste services
* Spraying and basic irrigation tasks
* Tree maintenance and natural area management
You'll finish the day back at the depot by 3:30pm.
What You'll Need
* Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3–6 months)
* C Class Drivers Licence (minimum) and White Card
* Appropriate PPE (Steel cap boots, long hi-vis shirt, long pants)
* Experience on ride-on mowers
