Purpose of the Role
To manage and grow Cedrent's portfolio of corporate and First Nations partner accounts by overseeing reservations workflows, service delivery expectations, claims processes and reporting. The role requires someone with a history of car rental operations to understand how best to meet client needs and expectations. They will need to demonstrate a history of managing a customer portfolio and developing existing and new business.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Reservations Support
* Manage day-to-day relationships with corporate, government and First Nations partner accounts.
* Oversee reservation workflows for key accounts, ensuring accuracy, service consistency and operational feasibility.
* Act as the escalation point for booking issues, service expectations, vehicle availability and account troubleshooting.
* Support branch teams by ensuring accounts understand operational capabilities, procedures and rental conditions.
* Support the development and delivery of training for staff involved in corporate reservations, claims and account processes.
Claims, Invoicing & Contract Compliance
* Coordinate claims management for contracted accounts, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
* Support invoice verification, credit processes, and charge dispute resolution.
* Monitor contract performance metrics and ensure adherence to service levels, pricing structures and agreed terms.
Sales Growth & Client Development
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts through improved utilisation, enhanced product uptake and stronger commercial relationships.
* Prepare tailored proposals, rate structures and presentations for key stakeholders.
* Represent Cedrent in corporate meetings, First Nations partner engagements and community-based collaborations.
Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement
* Support relationship-based marketing initiatives with First Nations enterprises, suppliers and community partners.
* Assist with targeted promotional activity, partnership announcements and business development campaigns.
* Represent Cedrent at First Nations business events, industry meetings and stakeholder forums.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
