You will be reporting to the Finance Manager – FP&A Labs based in The Netherlands, and joining a team dispersed across the globe. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Rydalmere in Sydney, Australia with the option to be located in Tokyo, Japan. About the Role As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be a trusted business partner to regional Ref Lab leadership, delivering critical financial insights, tools, and support. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning, while also leading initiatives to standardize and enhance financial processes across regions. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional and global Ref Lab teams to provide financial consulting and decision support. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Analyze and report on P&L, CAPEX, and OPEX performance. Develop financial models for new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and productivity investments. Drive standardization and best practices in financial reporting and planning. Support period-end close activities and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with Commercial FP&A teams on revenue outlooks and profitability analysis What You will Bring Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and business partnering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems; experience with data mining and modeling tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What can we offer?
