Key Responsibilities
* Provision of Clinical care at Maurice Zeffert Home.
* Development of Care plans and assessments.
* To uphold the Maurice Zeffert Home philosophy and values.
* Supervise care staff
* Liase with families and the multi disciplinary team
What you bring
* Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Current national police clearance (within last 6 months)
* Experience in aged care (desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
