Position Overview:
In this role, you'll support day-to-day office tasks and play a key part in keeping everything on track. You don't need years of experience – if you're switched-on, organised, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you
What you'll be doing:
* Managing paperwork for orders, invoices, and supplier statements
* Performing accurate data entry into our systems
* Following up with suppliers to resolve any issues
* Providing general admin support to the team
* Assisting our branch network when required
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Detail-oriented and organised
* Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
* A clear communicator, both written and verbal
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Familiar with Xero or other accounting software (a bonus, not essential)
* Previous experience in an office or admin role is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
