Job Description
This is a permanent full-time position that will lead and manage a small drainage maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive and reactive drainage cleaning and flood mitigation works. They will also play a crucial role in the continued operation of the City's drainage systems as well as ensuring the safety of the public.
The Team Leader will report to a Works Supervisor and will prioritize, plan, and manage day-to-day works as well as resources to ensure a safe and productive workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in implementing and undertaking storm water drainage maintenance programs
* Ability to manage and plan scheduled works and work requests simultaneously to a high standard
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
* Guiding the work of a small team and providing on-the-job training

* Salary range of $76,368 - $79,093 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience
