This role is responsible for partnering with the management team to provide full-cycle recruiting support and other human resources-related responsibilities. As a key member of the HR team, you will be expected to develop strategies and initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment. This includes administering company policies and procedures, providing guidance on employee relations, and supporting business needs through proactive employee relations strategies.
----------------------------------- Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have at least five (5) years of direct experience managing human resources and labor relations in a public transit service. They must also have experience with recruitment, terminations, benefits, compensation, employee files, and serving as a labor relations specialist. A background in education, training, and outreach to employees is also desirable.
