Key Responsibilities:
Draft and collate correspondence.
Complete claim forms and draft court documents.
File documents electronically online.
Liaise with clients and third parties (insurers & medical experts).
Provide general legal administrative support.
Support and provide exceptional service to all staff and clients.
Assist with new client enquiries.
Book appointments and manage diaries.
Qualify enquiries in line with processes and procedures.
Data entry using the CRM system.
Report to and assist the personal injury department manager.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Personal Injury Paralegal position. Strong communication and client liaison skills are also essential. Additionally, high-level organisational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, a collaborative attitude, and willingness to embrace technology are highly valued. Experience with LEAP software is desirable but not necessary. If you are qualified as a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner of Declarations, you can enrol in this course once employed.
